Professional Cross-Bordered Truck Solution Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase international air cargo volumes and revenue. Build, lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team across assigned regions. Identify and acquire new overseas customers, freight forwarders, and global logistics partners. Manage and expand key accounts across international trade lanes. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents, GSA partners, and international offices. Explore and develop new overseas markets and trade lanes based on demand and profitability analysis. Coordinate closely with international partners on pricing, capacity planning, and service standards to ensure competitive and reliable offerings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in air cargo sales, international freight forwarding, or airline cargo operations. A strong background in airline cargo sales and overseas business development is preferred. An established network with airlines, freight forwarders, and overseas agents is highly desirable. Proven ability to set up, structure, and develop a sales team from the ground up. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-cultural teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
