This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in all facets of architectural practice, from conceptual design to construction documentation in our Architectural department located in Longwood, FL. Candidates should have experience preferably in the design and development of contract documents for commercial projects within both the public and private sectors. Assist in construction document preparation, construction management, and coordination with contractors to facilitate smooth project execution Requirements: Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch. or M.Arch.) Required Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Experience with 3D modeling for architectural design and renderings; familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools is highly desirable Knowledge of construction details documentation, construction drawings, and construction regulatory compliance processes Understanding of building code analysis, accessibility standards, and sustainable design principles Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
