Job Description
East Brunswick law firm concentrating in plaintiff's personal injury, medical malpractice and employment law seeks an attorney with two or more years of experience in personal injury and/or medical malpractice with a New Jersey law firm. Experience in employment law is a plus. The responsibilities include legal research, preparation and filing of briefs, motions and complaints, preparing and responding to discovery demands, review of expert reports, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, attending arbitrations and trial preparation. The candidate must have experience both taking and defending depositions as well as excellent legal research and writing skills. Competitive salary.
