Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Associate Attorney to join our team in O'Fallon, Illinois. Our firm specializes in handling complex civil litigation cases with expertise in areas such as toxic tort, product liability, local government matters, and commercial disputes. We pride ourselves on working collaboratively with clients to deliver exceptional results while maintaining efficiency and value.
Responsibilities:• Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Have at least three years of experience in general litigation, toxic tort liability, complex litigation, or environmental liability.
• Possess active admission to practice law in the state of Illinois.
• Demonstrated expertise in motion practice and conducting depositions.
• Proven ability to lead plaintiff and expert depositions effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional research and writing capabilities to support case strategy.
• Adept at multitasking and managing complex legal matters with professionalism.
