We’re looking for a dependable and empathetic Bank Customer Service Representative to support our customers during evening hours, when timely assistance is especially valued. In this remote call center role, you’ll handle a variety of banking inquiries and transactions with professionalism and care, ensuring secure, accurate service while helping clients feel confident and supported outside of traditional business hours. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer calls and online inquiries. Investigate and resolve account-related issues. Provide guidance on banking products and services. Accurately document all customer interactions. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED 1–2 years of customer service experience (banking preferred). Strong numeracy and communication skills.
