Daily Responsibilities: Menu planning and development Plate presentation for a la carte dining Executing saute station and line cooking duties Preparing pasta dishes to order Utilizing scratch cooking techniques Required Skills: Experience with wok cooking and meat fabrication Strong understanding of portion control and seafood preparation Proficiency in broiling, salad preparation, and knife skills Ability to maintain high food quality standards Knowledge of sauce making and soup preparation Nice to Have Skills: Experience with back of house operations Butchering skills and knowledge of flat top grill and fryer cooking Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $40,000.00 Maximum Salary: $50,000.00 Health insurance, vacation leave, and sick leave benefits Company Information: Center Square Tavern is a New American tavern in Swedesboro, NJ, offering farm-to-fork dining with seasonal menus, a full bar, and a variety of dishes including seafood, steaks, and burgers.
