The Project Engineer will be knowledgeable and proficient in the systems and processes required by KENPAT and its customers. This includes knowledge and proficiency in all supporting systems, software, and technology to carry out the responsibilities. Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and one or more project management systems (experience with the company’s current project management system. 3. Willingness to “roll up their sleeves” and do what is necessary to get the job done. 4. Honesty, integrity, and a strong desire to succeed. 5. Excellent organizational and communication skills. 6. Ability to deal tactfully with human issues with colleagues. 7. Ability to create and maintain cooperative team-building relationships. 8. Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses in others and shift responsibilities to take advantage of those strengths. 9. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
