Job Description

Creative Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Project Manager based in United States. This role is responsible for keeping creative projects organized, prioritized, and moving efficiently from initial intake through final delivery. You will coordinate multiple workstreams across a growing portfolio of consumer brands in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with Creative, Brand, Marketing, Purchasing, and other stakeholders, you will translate creative needs into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables. You will help balance internal and freelance resources while protecting team capacity and project deadlines. The position also provides exposure to packaging, print production, digital assets, and broader creative operations. Success requires a process-oriented mindset, strong communication, excellent organization, and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively. This is a remote, full-time opportunity with minimal travel and meaningful ownership over the operational engine supporting creative work.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage the intake of creative requests across multiple brands, gathering requirements, clarifying scope, and prioritizing projects in partnership with senior creative leadership.
  • Guide projects from creative brief through final delivery, coordinating reviews, consolidating feedback, tracking approvals, and maintaining timelines.
  • Monitor workloads and resource capacity across internal designers and freelance contributors to support balanced assignments and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate print and packaging production activities with Purchasing, including proof scheduling, reviews, approvals, and delivery requirements.
  • Maintain organized brand assets, product renders, packaging files, project documentation, and version-control systems.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned on project responsibilities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and changes, providing timely updates to managers and senior leadership.
  • Identify potential blockers early, resolve issues proactively, and ensure projects remain on track from briefing through completion.
  • Foster productive working relationships across Creative, Brand, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of project management experience within a creative, digital, or marketing agency or an in-house consumer packaged goods environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience using digital project management and communication platforms such as Dropbox, Monday.com, Smartsheet, SharePoint, or comparable systems.
  • Working knowledge of design fundamentals, creative file types, production terminology, and standard creative workflows.
  • Strong ability to understand the full scope of a project, ask the right questions, document requirements, and establish clear deliverables before execution begins.
  • Exceptional organization, timeline management, file structure, naming conventions, and asset management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize feedback and work effectively with diverse stakeholders and personalities.
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, adaptable, and accountable approach to managing deadlines and blockers.
  • Collaborative relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively across Creative, Marketing, Brand, and other business functions.
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods, food, or beverage industries is strongly preferred.
  • Experience coordinating packaging and print production is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Annual salary of $90,000–$100,000, plus an annual bonus opportunity.
  • Remote work arrangement with minimal travel.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Group life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance.
  • Voluntary life and AD&D coverage.
  • Short-term and long-term disability benefits.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Paid time off.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts.
  • Employee Assistance Program.
  • Gym membership discounts.
  • Benefits designed to support the health and well-being of eligible employees and their families.
  • Commitment to an inclusive, respectful, and culturally diverse workplace.
  • Reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
