Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Box Truck Driver to operate 16 ft to 26 ft trucks for local and regional deliveries. Responsibilities
- Safely operate 16 ft and/or 26 ft box trucks for scheduled deliveries
- Load and unload cargo using dollies, pallet jacks, or liftgates
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes
- Inspect vehicle before and after trips (pre/post-trip inspections)
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain delivery logs, receipts, and required paperwork
- Provide professional customer service at delivery locations
- Follow DOT and company safety regulations
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
- Previous delivery or box truck driving experience preferred
- Time management and communication skills
- Must be dependable and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with moving, logistics, or freight delivery
- Familiarity with GPS/navigation apps
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance

Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with customers
- Handle basic questions or issues during delivery
- Represent the company positively
