Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated  Entry-Level Business Associate to join our growing event marketing team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their skills in business development, client relations, marketing, and event operations.

The Business Associate will work closely with our marketing and management teams to support client campaigns, engage with customers, coordinate promotional events, and contribute to overall business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand activations
• Represent client brands professionally at in-person events and community engagements
• Develop strong relationships with customers, clients, and business partners
• Communicate campaign information and promotional messaging effectively
• Assist with customer acquisition and lead-generation initiatives
• Support event planning, coordination, setup, and execution
• Monitor campaign performance and communicate updates to management
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs
• Collaborate with team members to achieve business and campaign objectives
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and overall campaign results
• Take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment
• Eager to learn and develop professionally
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, or events is a plus but  not required
