Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients using evidence‑based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill‑building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices. Create a positive learning environment for clients and maintain connections with families. Qualifications RBT certification required before starting work. High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to learn and a passion for impacting children with autism. Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. Need To Know Services will be provided in clients’ homes or community‑based locations. All positions start off as part‑time. Candidates must be willing to commit to a six‑month period to help transform lives.
