Experienced Glass Installer
Seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Glass Installer to join our growing team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL.

This position is responsible for installing custom glass products in residential and commercial spaces while delivering high-quality craftsmanship and professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install frameless shower doors, shower enclosures, mirrors, glass railings, walls, and other custom glass products.

• Install hinges, brackets, channels, metal framework, and related hardware.

• Accurately measure, layout, and complete installations according to specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, measurements, and installation instructions.

• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure completed work meets company quality and safety standards.

• Maintain company tools, equipment, vehicle inventory, and installation materials.

• Protect customer property and maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.

• Complete required job documentation, photos, and project updates.

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant glass installation experience required
  
  
• Experience with custom shower glass, mirrors, architectural hardware, or similar products

• Strong measuring, layout, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and installation specifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Dependable, self-motivated, and professional

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to safely lift and handle materials weighing approximately 50+ pounds , with assistance when needed

• Comfortable working from ladders, lifts, and elevated work areas
