As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $70,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
