TitleFront Desk Receptionist
Job Description Our office is looking for a dynamic, detail oriented and well-spoken individual to join our fast paced team. The receptionist is responsible for maintaining the schedule, handling insurance verification, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate clearly and handle patient concerns effectively. The receptionist collects critical information from patients, pays close attention to the schedule, and processes charges and payments.
We are willing to teach someone who has LIMITED experience in the field but only if the candidate is willing and eager to learn.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering phones and directing calls appropriately
Schedule patient appointments.
Chart and go over treatment plans with patients
Check-in/Check-out
Verify insurance information
Call and confirm upcoming appointments
Maintain cleanliness of clinic and reception area.
Handle insurance and billing inquiries.
full-time $17 - $22 per hour
Payroll is every 2 weeks.
Benefits Monday-Wednesday 8am-5pm with lunch from 1-2pm.
Thursday 7am-3pm.
