Job Description
· Lead and direct all sales and marketing initiatives for the division
· Develop, coach, and grow the team to drive divisional performance and revenue
· Cultivate and strengthen relationships within the community, including hospitals, retirement homes, disabled support groups, and rehabilitation centers to drive sales opportunities
· Oversee and manage a team of 2 sales representatives, 1 office manager, 1 service manager, and approximately 7 technicians
Key Requirements
· Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience required
· Proven background in automotive, boat, motorsport, or motorcycle retail sales preferred
