Sewing Machine Operator (Morning & Evening Shifts) Celina, TX Starting at $18.00 per hour Adecco is hiring experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operators for an exciting opportunity with a fast-growing company that designs and manufactures premium golf simulator enclosures, practice equipment, and game improvement products used by golfers across the country.

Available Shifts Morning Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM
Evening Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:15 PM - 2:45 AM
What You'll Do - Operate industrial sewing machines to produce and finish custom products
- Sew, seam, hem, and attach bindings to a variety of materials and fabrics
- Install Velcro, accessories, and other product components
- Apply grommets using power grommet press equipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot minor sewing machine issues and make basic adjustments as needed
- Work both independently and collaboratively to meet production goals
What We're Looking For - 3+ years of industrial sewing machine experience
- Ability to read, calculate, and work with fractional measurements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship
- Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to meet production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Comfortable sitting, standing, and moving throughout a 10-hour shift
- Experience with sewing machine maintenance is a plus
