Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Farmers Insurance Agent to join our team. This role involves developing new client relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping clients protect their assets. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and ensuring client satisfaction through personalized insurance products and services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consultative, needs-based conversations
• Identify client exposures and recommend tailored insurance solutions across multiple product lines
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, and community-based relationship building
• Manage follow-ups, policy documentation, and sales-related administrative tasks
• Provide a high level of customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal team members to support agency growth initiatives
• Learn and adhere to all carrier and regulatory compliance standards
• Continuously develop product knowledge, sales skills, and industry understanding through training and mentorship

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with multilingual or bilingual abilities considered a plus
• Familiarity with insurance coverages, following up, and quoting.
• Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and risk factors along with educating customers on coverages that fit their needs.
• Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor because you will be representing the Farmers brand.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
• Property & Casualty License needed and Life Insurance License is a plus.
• Cannot be appointed with any other agency, if selected to work here.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
