Our client, a leading organization in warehouse operations, is seeking a Janitor to join their team. As a Janitor, you will be part of the warehouse support team, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment for all staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Janitor

Location: Burley, ID

Pay Range: $16 an hour

Shift: Full Time

What's the Job?

• Keep the warehouse in a clean and orderly condition using hand brooms, power scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuum cleaners to meet company standards.
• Remove all refuse from the building and office daily, ensuring trashcans are emptied and cleaned.
• Clean break rooms and work areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Repair damage to pallets and assist with relocating, moving, or adjusting office furniture as needed.
• Ensure pest control systems are functioning effectively and report any issues to the supervisor.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED, with three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills for routine issues.
• Understanding of safety rules, procedure manuals, and diagrams.
• Physical ability to handle tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, and occasional climbing or stooping.
