Job Summary

Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! Through compassionate and thoughtful interactions, leasing agents play a key role in helping prospective residents find their next apartment . This agent will be responsible for leasing efforts at Craigdell Gardens in New Kensington and Canyon Place in Penn Hills .

We expect on-target earnings to be between $46,000 and $70,000 annually , combining an $18+ hourly base with significant performance-driven commission . The standard 40-hour schedule includes one weekend shift and select evenings , balanced by a recurring day off during the week .

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents
  • Lease market-rate apartments according to Fair Housing standards
  • Respond promptly to all new inquiries, converting leads to applicants
  • Manage calendar, schedule tours, and conduct showings
  • Process rental applications quickly and accurately
  • Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service during the move-in process
  • Verify all move-ins are fully completed, inspected, and documented
  • Collaborate with property management and maintenance to maintain high occupancy
  • Monitor listing postings and advertisements
  • Escalate resident concerns to the Property Manager
  • Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Successful Candidate Profile

Knowledge & Experience

  • General knowledge of multifamily leasing principles, including Fair Housing
  • 1+ year of experience in leasing, customer service, sales, or hospitality
  • Experience with property management and leasing software (preferred)
  • High school diploma
