We are in need of a Rental Agent to join our successful team who is versed in seeking out and pre-qualifying clients for rental homes, apartments, and commercial businesses. The ideal candidate for this position is familiar with local, state, and Federal Fair Housing laws and enjoys promoting properties on various social media channels and websites.

Compensation:

$40,000 annually

Responsibilities:
  • Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal
  • Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing
  • Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts
  • Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property
  • Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards
  • Work Order & Maintenance Coordination
  • Tenant & Owner Relations
  • Rent Collection & 3-Day notices
Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
  • A proven record of sales experience and success
  • Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with  AppFolio or other property management software is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Professional, courteous, and dependable demeanor
  • A valid Florida Real Estate License is preferred
