Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Assist the Chef and Sous Chef in preparing ingredients and dishes to meet menu standards.
• Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization of your assigned station to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Food Safety: Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at your station.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and maintain a positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
