Office Manager – Huntsville, AL (Onsite)
Overview:
TTGI is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Office Manager to support the daily operations of our corporate office in Huntsville, AL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, keeping things running smoothly, and jumping in wherever help is needed. The right person will be a dependable problem-solver with great communication skills and a natural knack for helping people.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and team members at the corporate office
Maintain general office organization, supplies, and equipment
Coordinate mail, shipping, and deliveries
Assist with scheduling, meeting logistics, and company events
Support administrative functions such as filing, document prep, and internal communication
Collaborate with HR and Accounting for employee onboarding, travel arrangements, and expense coordination
Ensure the office environment is professional, clean, and efficient day-to-day
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office management experience preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Positive, dependable, and adaptable — a “go-to” person for getting things done
