As an Order Entry Clerk, you'll be an integral part of our operations team, playing a crucial role in the smooth execution of transactions. You'll work closely with various teams and departments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency throughout the process. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys making sure the details are right!

This position is fully onsite based out of our Naples, FL office location. Scheduled hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00pm EST.

What You'll Do:

  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring mandatory company compliance training is completed by set deadlines.
  • Work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, with potential for overtime when needed.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders through email, phone, video conferencing, and in person.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in responding to team and client needs.
  • Take on other duties as needed, allowing you to learn more about the business and grow your skills.
