Job Description
As our Patient Coordinator, you are the face and voice of our practice. You will manage the vital intersection of clinical excellence and patient hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Concierge: Greet patients with warmth, manage check-in/check-out, and ensure a seamless, high-end experience from start to finish.
Expert Scheduling: Optimize the doctor’s schedule to ensure clinical efficiency while maintaining a stress-free environment for the team.
Bilingual Communication: Effectively communicate treatment plans, insurance details, and follow-up care to both English and Polish-speaking patients.
Financial Coordination: Verify insurance benefits, process payments, and discuss financial arrangements or third-party financing with clarity and confidence.
Administrative Mastery: Maintain accurate electronic patient records and manage high-volume phone lines with professional poise.

part-time $20 - $30 per hour

Tue: 8:30am-5pm
Wed: 8:30am-7pm
