\n We are seeking a Per Diem Infusion Registered Nurse (RN)to join our team at Shore Gastroenterology in Oakhurst, NJ, Advanced Gastroenterology in Englishtown, NJ and Atlantic Gastroenterology in Brick, NJ.\n

\n These practices has partnered with Allied Digestive Health which is one of the largest integrated networks of gastroenterology care centers in the nation with over 200 providers and 60 locations throughout New Jersey and New York. Job Summary: \n
\n
\nThe Infusion nurse will operate an infusion clinic to administer on an outpatient basis infusion therapy and monitor and record results for physicians. \n
\n
Job Responsibilities: \n
\n

\n
• Receives orders from physicians and schedules appointments for patients
\n
• Receives patients, explains procedures, checks vital signs and administers therapy, monitors reactions, and reports to physicians
\n
• Provide infusion treatments as directed by physicians
\n
• Monitor patients continuously to assess potential drug reactions
\n
• Keeps records for physicians and billing purposes
\n
• Reviews authorizations to confirm patients' eligibility
\n

\n
• RN with NJ state license required
\n
• At least three years of clinical experience that includes training in infusion therapy
\n
• Organized manner to maintain schedule and generate reports in a timely fashion
\n
• Reassuring manner to deal with patients of all ages
\n
