Job Description

Responsibilities: • Take phone calls and emails and relay relevant information to streamline our processes • Maintain filing systems for administrative tasks • Prepare meetings, write down notes, and email meeting minutes to make meetings run smoothly • Do other assigned tasks as needed • Organize meeting spaces for guests upon arrival to make sure they feel welcome Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Superb time management skills and communication skills, written and verbal • High school diploma or GED required • Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Office • Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, administrative assistant or a related job with administrative tasks • Capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision Compensation: $50,000 yearly plus bonus • Compensation: $50,000 per year
