Part-Time Real Estate Client Relationship Coordinator The Charles Nedder Team | Greenwich, CT | In-Office Part-Time | Base Pay + Bonus for Each Closing Love Real Estate and People—But Don't Want to Spend Your Nights and Weekends Showing Houses? The Charles Nedder Team is looking for a friendly, personable, and organized Real Estate Client Relationship Coordinator to join our Greenwich office on a part-time basis. This is not a cold-calling position. It's a helping-people position. You'll be talking with past clients, current customers, and buyers and sellers who have already connected with our team. Many have previously spoken with one of our agents, toured properties, requested information, or scheduled an appointment. Your role is to make sure these relationships don't get lost in the shuffle. You'll check in, find out how they're doing, help them reconnect with their agent, share new properties that closely match what they're looking for, and schedule or rebook appointments when they're ready to take the next step. If you're a local real estate professional who loves the business and enjoys people but doesn't want to spend your evenings and weekends driving around showing houses, this could be a great fit. Who I'm Looking For This could be an ideal opportunity for someone who already has a Connecticut real estate license and wants to remain active in the real estate business without taking on the traditional lifestyle of a full-time sales agent. Maintain accurate notes in the CRM and coordinate closely with our agents to ensure every client receives exceptional services Help clients re-book appointments when their plans or schedules change Reach out when a new property comes on the market that closely matches a buyer's criteria Let buyers know about relevant price changes and new opportunities Find out if a client's needs, timing, price range, or preferred location have changed Schedule buyer & seller consultations and property appointments Follow up to make sure clients receive the help they need Help make sure every client receives consistent, thoughtful follow-up Active Connecticut real estate license preferred Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys helping people Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up Comfortable communicating by phone, text, and email Familiar with Greenwich and surrounding Fairfield County communities Comfortable learning CRM, technology, and AI tools Positive attitude and enjoys working in a fun, team-oriented office Real estate experience is helpful, but personality, professionalism, and a desire to help people are most important Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr
