At Comfort Care Family Dental, we pride ourselves on providing top-tier, compassionate dental care to the Naperville community. We believe that a great patient experience starts the moment someone walks into our office or calls our phone line. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice.
The Role
We are not just looking for an administrator; we are looking for a true ambassador for our clinic. As our front desk receptionist, you will be the first impression of Comfort Care Family Dental. You will ensure every patient feels valued, comfortable, and well-informed from the waiting room to the dentist's chair.
Key Responsibilities
Be the Welcoming Committee: Warmly greet patients upon arrival, check them in, and ensure a comfortable environment in the reception area.
Manage the Schedule: Expertly handle phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage the daily flow of the clinic to keep our team running on time.
Patient Coordination: Assist patients with intake forms, update records, and answer basic questions regarding their visits and treatment plans.
Financial & Insurance Administration: Verify insurance eligibility, process payments, and clearly communicate billing information to patients.
Maintain the Environment: Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and inviting.
Who We Are Looking For
Exceptional Communicator: You have a friendly, polished, and professional demeanor, both in person and on the phone.
Empathetic & Patient: You understand that the dentist can be stressful for some and know how to put patients at ease.
Highly Organized: You can multitask effortlessly in a fast-paced environment without letting details slip through the cracks.
Team Player: You are eager to collaborate with our dental assistants, hygienists, and doctors to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Experience: Previous experience in a dental or medical office is highly preferred
full-time $20 - $28 per hour
Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits- Work Hours:
Monday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Wednesday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Thursday: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Friday: CLOSED
Saturday: Every other 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
- Lunch Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Weekend Work: 2 Saturdays per month (1 Saturday per month in the summer time)
