About the RoleWe are expanding our Buyer Recruitment Team and looking for a motivated, organized, and people oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-communication environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for vehicle acquisition roles across multiple markets. You’ll manage a high volume of conversations, coordinate interviews, and help ensure we are placing top-tier talent with our dealership partners.

What You’ll DoSource and identify candidates through job boards, inbound applicants, and outreach efforts
Initiate conversations with candidates via phone, text, and email
Screen candidates to assess qualifications, communication skills, and role fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal team members
Manage candidate pipelines and keep detailed notes in tracking systems
Follow up consistently with candidates to maintain engagement
Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve processes and hiring outcomes
Help ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring funnel
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations and workflows
Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly
Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Previous experience in recruiting, BDC, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus
