Job Description

Law firm in Manhattan is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience recruiting in a law firm for a variety of roles. Bachelor's degree is required.

Hybrid schedule: 4 days/week onsite

Salary range: 100k - 140k base (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Manage job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
• Assist in drafting comprehensive and effective job descriptions.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Ensure timely feedback and clear communication with candidates.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.
• Utilize recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS systems.
• Collaborate on establishing a robust internal recruiting data hub.
• Provide feedback and insights on recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in legal or professional services.
• Proficiency in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience with multiple applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
• Passion for recruiting and building relationships.
