Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients, utilizing a strengths-based perspective to inform treatment planning.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set achievable goals and develop individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and resilience.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality policies.

• Process billing efficiently and accurately, coordinating with administrative staff to ensure seamless operations.

• Participate in regular team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing training to stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and advancements in telehealth care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve often present with a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Our client population is diverse and may include individuals from various demographic backgrounds, each with unique life experiences and treatment needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficiency in managing time effectively and working independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a detox center or working with substance use disorders is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
