Job Description We are seeking a Salesforce / Business Development Consultant based in Boston, MA. This role is with a mission-driven healthcare organization focused on improving community-based care through innovative partnerships and data-driven strategies. You'll work heavily within the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging CRM tools to drive business growth, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency.
The organization is looking for someone who can bridge the gap between technology and business strategy, helping expand partnerships and optimize how care is delivered. In this role, you'll play a key part in developing and refining the organization's sales funnel, training internal staff on Salesforce best practices, and optimizing their current use of the platform to drive measurable results. You'll gain exposure to executive-level decision-making, meaningful projects, and a collaborative culture that values both professional growth and work-life balance.
Contract Duration: 6 - 12 Months
Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar)
• Strong background in business development, partnerships, or client-facing roles
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
Desired Skills & Experience • Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology environments
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Platform App Builder)
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and dashboards in Salesforce
• Experience with integrations or third-party tools within Salesforce
• Background in consulting or advisory roles

• 20% Business Development Tools & Data Analysis
Daily Responsibilities • 60% Hands On (Salesforce configuration, reporting, stakeholder support)
• 20% Management Duties (project coordination, prioritization, strategy input)
• 20% Team Collaboration (cross-functional meetings, partner engagement)
