Hylaine is searching for a skilled and innovative Salesforce Professional with hands‑on experience in OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, expertise in OmniStudio tools, and a passion for delivering high‑quality, scalable solutions. This role involves designing, configuring, and implementing end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences. Responsibilities OmniStudio Development: Design and implement Salesforce OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures; build dynamic, user‑friendly interfaces using OmniStudio's declarative tools. Salesforce Configuration & Customization: Configure Salesforce core components to align with business requirements; collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Integration & Automation: Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and OmniStudio tools; automate processes using Flow Builder, Apex, and OmniStudio's declarative automation tools. Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing and support QA processes to ensure solutions meet business requirements; monitor and troubleshoot issues within Salesforce and OmniStudio components. Documentation & Training: Create detailed documentation for implemented solutions and provide training to end‑users as required; maintain up‑to‑date records of Salesforce configurations and customizations. Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and stakeholders; stay current with Salesforce updates and new OmniStudio features to ensure best practices. Qualifications Salesforce Certifications (preferred) — Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Platform App Builder. Proven experience with Salesforce and OmniStudio tools (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Integration Procedures). Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models. Proficiency in declarative development; knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus. Experience with integration tools and REST/SOAP APIs.
