Job Description

• You will be responsible for the communication and support of various clients and their HR projects.
• Your varied activities include measures from the areas of employer branding, recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, administration, compensation & benefits and personnel development.
• You will independently implement HR projects, e.g. the conception and creation of feedback and employee interviews, onboarding and offboarding processes, salary benchmarks and comprehensive HR analyses.
• You optionally take over interim HR management mandates - and support our clients strategically/conceptually as well as operationally.
• You create documentation and project documents and conduct workshops and trainings.
• You lead our project team professionally and ensure that customer expectations and goals are achieved within a defined timeframe.
• You have a college degree in business administration, psychology or a similar field.
• You have worked 5+ years in a startup or dynamic corporate environment in an HR role.
• You already have some experience in setting up HR structures and processes.
• You are well organized and solution oriented.
• You are proficient in MS Office and ideally Google word processing programs.
• You write and speak English and German fluently.
