Social Media Manager

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client's time zone.

Our client is a fast-growing marketing services company that helps businesses generate demand through content marketing, social media management, inbound marketing, and outbound lead generation. Following a recent rebrand and significant client growth, they are expanding their marketing team to support an increasing number of client accounts and content initiatives.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing content distribution, social media publishing, audience engagement, and day-to-day execution across multiple client accounts. The Social Media Manager will work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and video editors to ensure content is published accurately, optimized for each platform, and aligned with client goals. This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who enjoys managing multiple brands, executing content strategies, and using data to improve audience growth and engagement.

Fully Remote (Work from Home)

Social Media Management & Content Publishing

• Manage social media calendars across multiple client accounts.
• Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Ensure content is published accurately and on schedule.
• Coordinate content approvals and publishing workflows.

Content Distribution & Repurposing

• Collaborate with designers and video editors to distribute content effectively across social channels.
• Repurpose podcasts, videos, newsletters, and long-form content into platform-specific assets.
• Optimize content formatting and messaging based on each platform's best practices.
• Maximize content reach through strategic distribution.

Community Engagement & Brand Growth

• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement across client accounts.
• Support community management efforts and audience interaction.
• Identify opportunities to increase engagement and strengthen brand presence.
• Maintain a professional and consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor content performance and key social media metrics.
• Prepare reports on engagement, reach, audience growth, and content effectiveness.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to content and distribution strategies.
• Use performance data to support continuous optimization.

Creative Innovation & Technology

• Stay current with platform updates, emerging trends, and social media best practices.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve content workflows and productivity.
• Recommend creative ideas and new opportunities to improve content performance and audience growth.

Qualifications

Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience in social media management.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts or brands simultaneously.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Experience supporting B2B companies or professional services brands is preferred.
• Experience managing content calendars and executing social media campaigns.

Skills

• Strong copywriting and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong understanding of content marketing and social media best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and execution.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Experience using LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and other AI-powered content creation and productivity tools.
