Job Summary Provide nationwide title services by supporting real estate transactions. Search public records, examine titles for properties to determine legal condition of title and insureability of the property as part of a production center, branch office or title team. Responsibilities Compile, investigate and examine public and tax records to determine liabilities and legal condition of title and insurability of the property. Prepare accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company examining and policy procedures. Perform a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes. Follow clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without consistent need to exercise discretion. Use basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members. Act as an individual contributor under direct supervision with little autonomy. Perform all other duties as assigned by management. Education High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience Typically requires 0‑2 years of related work experience.
