Job Title: LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: LTAC Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 - 07:15 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent LTAC experience in a hospital setting License: Oklahoma RN or multi-state RN license Certifications: ACLS & BLS certifications Must-Have: Must have 2 years of recent LTAC experience in a hospital setting. Must have ACLS and BLS certifications, which must be attached to the submission. Description: The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the safe delivery of care. The nurse maintains clinical competencies through continuing education. They delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available. The nurse provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care. Two to five years of experience is required.
