Trust & Estate Planning Attorney
Location: Phoenix, Arizona, 85003
OverviewA growing law firm is seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Planning Attorney to lead and develop its estate planning practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven attorney who is interested in building and shaping a department while working with an established client base.
Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and execute estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
Advise clients on asset protection, probate avoidance, and long-term financial planning
Develop strategies for wealth preservation, retirement planning, and charitable giving
Represent clients in probate and related court proceedings as needed
Analyze client needs and create tailored legal solutions
Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date client files
Build and implement systems and processes for a growing estate planning practice
Licensed attorney in good standing (state-specific license required)
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in estate planning
Experience with probate and/or probate litigation preferred
Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to independently manage a caseload
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building a practice
Established client base with consistent workflow
