Reporting directly to the Managing Director, and Head of Global Core Trade Finance, the candidate will be responsible for providing GCTF product coverage, structuring advice, and risk mitigation solutions to a portfolio of Canadian domiciled, multinational corporates and for driving product penetration within assigned market. Proactivity, flexibility, technical product expertise, and origination discipline are required to deliver value from prospecting and pitching through deal structuring and execution. As a key product partner, the VP interacts with a wide variety of internal stakeholders including industry heads and sector leads within CIB and partners across credit management, GM, and GTB. A collegial and team-oriented view of success is very important to allow the candidate to fit into the team. Having an entrepreneurial mindset is critical to manage through ambiguity and change associated with growing a business.
