We’re currently seeking an Architecture Intern to join our integrated team of Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects, and Master Planners. You’ll be part of a culture that values deep collaboration, technical excellence, and continual growth. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios in California and Texas—and help bring high-performance, community-first design to life. What You’ll Do: Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA. Support project teams in tasks and duties pertaining to active projects. Work within Revit to produce design documentation. Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination. Creation of award submittals. Help create client presentations. What We Offer: Mentorship from Designers, Project Engineers, Project Leaders, and Directors. "Embark": a two day workshop with other interns and recent graduates where you will have the opportunity to meet with leadership, tour project sites, and learn from other disciplines. What We’re Looking For: Required: In pursuit of a Bachelors or a Masters Degree in Architecture or related field. Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment. Curious and open to learning. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
