Job Title: Creative Project Manager (Audio Production & Technology)Location Hybrid schedule with onsite presence 3 days per week in one of the following locations:Burlingame, CANew York City, NYSeattle, WAEmployment Type Contract opportunity through the end of the year with potential for extension.About the Role We are seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to support a fast-paced creative technology environment focused on audio production, emerging technologies, and digital experiences. This role blends project management leadership, creative production support, workflow optimization, and executive-level presentation development.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. You will serve as a key partner between creative teams, product stakeholders, and cross-functional groups to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and at a high quality standard. Strong Figma expertise is required.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple creative and technical projects from initiation through delivery.Coordinate cross-functional efforts across creative, product, engineering, and operational stakeholders.Partner with creative teams to manage all phases of audio design, production, implementation, deployment, and quality assurance.Track project milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business priorities.Create and deliver high-quality presentations, project updates, executive summaries, and strategic communications in Figma.Maintain organized asset management systems, file structures, and version control processes.Drive process improvements and develop scalable workflows to increase team efficiency.Support the creation and implementation of AI-driven tools, agents, and workflow enhancements.Facilitate team meetings, standups, onboarding initiatives, and training programs.Develop, maintain, and update project plans, process documentation, dashboards, and reporting materials.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.Analyze and visualize project data using reporting tools to communicate progress and insights.Required Qualifications5+ years of project management or creative production experience within a technology or software development environment.Proven track record of leading complex projects from concept through completion.Advanced experience with Figma, including presentation and deck creation.Experience managing work within task management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and workflows.Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.Experience facilitating standups and coordinating small teams of approximately 5-10 contributors.Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.Experience creating reports, dashboards, or visualizations using Google Sheets, Tableau, or similar tools.Ability to manage competing priorities while working independently and collaboratively.Preferred QualificationsExperience leveraging AI tools to improve processes, workflows, or team productivity.Knowledge of prompt engineering, agent orchestration, or other emerging AI capabilities.Experience working in hybrid or remote team environments.Familiarity with AR/VR technologies, wearable technologies, or mobile application development.Exposure to audio production workflows, sound design processes, or audio production software.Ability to translate broad concepts into structured requirements, workflows, and actionable deliverables.What Makes This Opportunity UniqueOpportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology initiatives focused on emerging wearable experiences.Exposure to innovative creative, audio, and product development teams.Ability to influence workflow modernization through AI and process optimization.Collaborative environment where creativity, technology, and operations intersect.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
