Job Description:


IRG Clients is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to build secure, scalable, and efficient solutions that improve business processes and support agency operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Configure entities, forms, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and security roles.
  • Develop custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Build Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas Apps) and automate workflows using Power Automate.
  • Create reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Develop custom plugins, APIs, integrations, and extensions.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Microsoft Graph.
  • Support data migration, system integrations, deployments, and production support.
  • Manage code deployments using Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work with business users to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Participate in Agile development activities and maintain technical documentation.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 development experience.
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
  • Experience developing custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and enterprise applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure certifications.
  • Experience with grants management, financial systems, licensing, or case management applications.
  • Experience working with state government or public-sector organizations.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based Microsoft environments.
