⚙ PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

HIGH PRIORITY SEARCH

Seeking a bilingual Production Supervisor to support Plant Manager and help oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations within a rapidly growing production facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff and workflow
• Support operational execution and floor management
• Assist with scheduling, productivity, and process flow
• Serve as a hands-on leader across production operations

Requirements

✅ 3+ years of production leadership experience within food manufacturing
✅ Bilingual Spanish/English highly preferred
✅ Strong floor leadership and supervisory background
✅ Hands-on leadership style
✅ Strong communication and team-building abilities
✅ Flexible, adaptable, and operationally driven

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $99,999.00 per year
