Key Responsibilities Lead design work from concept through execution across branding, collateral, and digital applications Translate creative briefs into on-brand visual systems and develop stylescapes and moodboards Collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior designers to ensure high-quality creative output Required Qualifications 5-8+ years of professional design experience, preferably in branding or agency environments Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Strong conceptual thinking and ability to connect strategy to design Experience building brands, including identity systems and visual frameworks Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and execution across a range of brand applications
