Are you an experienced Automotive Technician looking to grow your career in a busy, full-service, and growing shop? Hometown Tire Pros and Service is seeking a skilled Main Line Technician with a focus on quality and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a high-volume environment. You'll use the latest diagnostic tools, perform inspections, and work side-by-side with a collaborative team of advisors and technicians. You'll be expected to: Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance with accuracy and efficiency Use inspection forms and repair orders to document work and recommendations Road test vehicles to verify concerns and confirm repairs Communicate clearly with service advisors about repair needs and updates Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized Stay up to date with the latest technology and repair techniques What We're Looking For: Experience: 2 years of hands-on experience as an automotive main line technician Mindset: Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Team Player: Communicates clearly and works well with advisors and fellow techs Problem-Solver: Diagnoses issues accurately and efficiently Lifelong Learner: Open to continuous training and certification opportunities Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Valid license and clean motor vehicle record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (for illegal substances) Authorized to work in the U.S. Join a team that values your skills, respects your Time, and supports your future.
