You’ll lead onboarding, drive adoption, and build long-term relationships that lead to retention and expansion. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic guidance and advocating internally for customer needs. Key Responsibilities Lead onboarding and training for new customers Develop success plans and monitor customer health metrics Drive adoption, retention, and expansion across accounts Serve as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve business objectives Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay feedback and influence roadmap Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Sales Manage renewals and mitigate churn risk through proactive engagement Eligibility Requirements Essential 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and customer success platforms Analytical mindset with ability to interpret usage data and drive insights Bonus Experience in a high-growth startup environment Knowledge of analytics or data-driven SaaS products Why Join Patlytics?
